Scheduling a Consultation

To schedule a consultation with Ernestco, please contact our office at least 2 business days in advance. You can reach us by calling +27 51 493 2012 or by emailing either hunter@ernestco.co.za or gerrit@ernestco.co.za, depending on who you are booked with. Alternatively, you may book your appointment online via our website. When making your booking, please provide all necessary details, including your preferred consultation time, the nature of the consultation, and the consultant you wish to meet with. This ensures that we can allocate the appropriate time and resources for your consultation.

Booking Confirmation and Deposit

Upon receiving your booking request, our office will confirm your appointment time with the selected consultant. To secure your consultation slot, a 50% deposit of the initial consultation fee is required. This deposit must be made within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation to finalize your appointment. Payment details, including bank information and reference requirements, will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. Please note that failure to pay the deposit within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Should you wish to reschedule, and you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled consultation. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment time.

Changes on the Day of Consultation

Punctuality is essential to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your consultation. If you arrive late, the consultation time will not be extended, and the remaining time will be utilized for your appointment. Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, and your deposit will be rescinded. If the consultant is running late, you will be informed promptly, and your consultation time will be extended or rescheduled without any additional charges.

Fees and Billing

Our consultation fees are billed by the hour. Any time spent beyond your initial booking will be subject to additional charges, calculated in 15-minute increments. Please ensure that you arrive a few minutes early for your consultation to complete any necessary paperwork. Payment for the balance of the consultation fee is due immediately upon the conclusion of the consultation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including EFT and credit card. All invoices must be settled within 7 days to avoid interest charges on overdue accounts.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Ernestco is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all consultations are conducted in a confidential manner. All information shared during your consultation will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes of providing you with the best possible service. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent.
